Epiphany Beauty offers various makeup workshops and seminars that focus on makeup application tips and techniques for women, teens and tweens.
About Epiphany Beauty Makeup Seminars and Workshops
Our makeup workshops and seminars focus on makeup application for everyday women, teens and tweens from beauty basics to more glamorous looks with lashes. These sessions will teach attendees the basics and beyond by utilizing their own makeup products and tools. We will host a variety of makeup seminars and workshops; additionally, YOU are able to host our makeup workshops with family and friends at a location of your choice.
Our makeup workshops will be 2 - 2.5 hours with registration beginning 20 minutes prior to each scheduled session so attendees can collect registration materials and set-up their makeup and tools. Delicious refreshments are included with the registration fee for each makeup workshop that we host!
Our makeup seminars will be 30 - 60 minute information sessions and/or beauty demonstrations offering tips and tricks on various beauty trends.
Seats are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis. Registrations are non-refundable; if there is a cancellation, fees may be applied to another makeup workshop or seminar based on availability. To attend any workshop or seminar, attendees MUST register in advance.

These makeup seminars are informational sessions that follow a "Look and Learn" styled format. Attendees will learn by watching a makeup demonstration and be allowed to pose questions to our Key Makeup Artist during and after the demo. Makeup seminars are NOT hands-on for attendees, therefore no makeup products or tools are required to attend.

These are all hands-on makeup workshops that clients can HOST with two or more friends as outlined under Makeup Lesson Services. We are also able to create customized makeup workshops to accomodate specific training requests. Participants need to bring their own makeup, tools and brushes to the training session to receive the full benefit of instruction. BEAUTY BASICS MAKEUP WORKSHOP
Select this introductory session to learn the basics of a beautiful and flawless foundation application ending with a basic beauty look. This session is an option for an individual lesson, small or large group makeup workshop.
Topics for this session include:
- Skin care and preparation
- Recommended tools and brushes for makeup application
- How to select the correct shade of foundation
- Concealing tips and tricks for problem areas
- Foundation application techniques for flawless skin
- Light highlighting and contouring
- Setting your foundation with powder
- Basic eye, cheek and lip application
BEAUTY BASICS AND BEYOND MAKEUP WORKSHOP
This session will go beyond the "beauty basics" with a focus on proper application techniques for eye, cheek and lip colors. Attendees should come to the session with their flawless foundation already applied based on what they learned in the "Beauty Basics Makeup Workshop" so that we can jump straight into color application. This session is an option for an individual lesson, small or large group makeup workshop.
Topics for this session include:
- Tools and brushes for color makeup application
- Importance of brow grooming and shape
- How to apply multiple eye colors
- Using eye liner for a more defined eye
- Correct application of mascara for length and definition
- How to highlight and contour the face with various skin finishes
- Applying cheek and lip colors
- Finishing and setting the final look
COLLEGE CUTIE BASIC BEAUTY WORKSHOP
This session will focus on maintaining a healthy hair care regimen along with proper skin care and makeup techniques to create "DIY" beauty looks for young women and college students ages 17+.
This session will cover the following topics:
- Skin care and preparation
- Tools and brushes for makeup application
- How to select and apply foundation and powder
- How to conceal problem areas
- Brow shaping and eye color application techniques
- Highlighting and contouring techniques
- Finishing and setting final look
- Developing and maintaining a hair care regimen
- Relaxed v. Natural v. Chemically Processed hair needs
- Tools and products based on hair type and style desired
- Heat styling techniques to prevent damage
TEEN AND TWEEN BEAUTY BASICS MAKEUP WORKSHOP
This session focuses on proper and age-appropriate makeup application techniques for teens and tweens 11 - 18. Young ladies will learn the importance of skin care, how to "enhance" their natural beauty and to have fun with makeup! This session is an option for an individual lesson, small or large group makeup workshop or party.
This session will cover the following topics:
- Skin care and preparation
- Tools and brushes for makeup application
- How to select the correct shade of foundation
- Correct foundation application techniques
- How to conceal problem areas
- Using powder to set foundation
- Applying eye color for subtle definition
- Correct application of mascara for length and definition
- Highlighting and contouring techniques
- Applying lip color
- Finishing and setting final look
BRONZED BEAUTY MAKEUP WORKSHOP
This workshop will focus on makeup techniques to create a sexy, sun-kissed summer-time makeup look. Learn to create a beautiful, head-to-toe bronze glow with a few key products to include a smoldering smokey eye. This session is an option for an individual lesson, small or large group makeup workshop or party.
This session will cover the following topics:
- Skin care for soft, summer skin
- Tools and brushes for makeup application
- How to create sexy, glowing skin (face and body)
- How to create a sexy smoky eye look
- How to apply bronzer, highlight and blush
- Applying long-wearing lip colors
- Finishing and setting the final look
EYE ONLY MAKEUP WORKSHOP
These workshops focus strictly on the eyes and are great for teens that prefer a do-it-yourself prom look as well as the "grown and sexy woman" wanting to create evening eyes that pop! These sessions are options for an individual lesson, small or large group makeup workshop or party. Both sessions cover the following topics:
- Recommended tools and brushes for eye makeup application
- Importance of brow grooming and shape
- How to define and shape brows with makeup
- Applying eye color based on your eye shape
- Using liner or color to define the eyes
- How to apply strip lashes (optional)*
- Applying mascara
- Finish with lip color
